I am a sophomore at the University of Iowa, triple majoring in French/Arabic, English, and Political Science. On campus, I am a Writing Fellow and the Vice President of Student Model United Nations. Each week, my blogs will concern one of three areas of interest: Model United Nations, human rights, and foreign languages. I am excited to document the year’s developments in the University of Iowa’s Model United Nations team, as well as my forays into learning foreign languages (I am currently enrolled in French, Arabic, and Turkish courses). In addition, I plan to blog on the current human rights issues and events unfolding throughout the world
